In order to process your return please contact the Customer Service team here to provide the reason for your return, the original order number, and confirm the product is being sent back.
Once the request has been approved, please ship your return and provide the tracking number to your customer service team representative. Once the return has been received you will be issued your refund in 7-10 business days.
